I highly recommend Lucy Hair for a great hair cut, style, and color! I've been going to Lucy for a quality cut & style since we first lived here back in 2011. She used to work in England so she has plenty of experience with a variety of hair types. I don't color my hair but have heard good things about her color skills, and see great results on friends. Her salon is a one minute walk from Line 2 Sinchon subway station exit 1, across the alley from the Hyundai Dept Store.
